Jawad Baazoon is a versatile Afghan writer, poet, interpreter, and broadcast professional who has spent nearly a decade using language as a tool for storytelling and cross-cultural communication. He has a diverse career in media, spanning audio production, journalism, and linguistic arts. Jawad began his journey at Shamshad TV as a dubbing artist and radio announcer, translating and voicing films and documentaries from English into Dari and Pashto. He has expanded his creative reach by producing columns of Pashto and Dari poetry, essays, and insightful reporting focused heavily on cultural and social themes.

In addition to his literary accomplishments, Jawad has applied his localization talents as an interpreter for Afghan Writers and worked on the ground as a casual reporter for Spogmai Radio. He currently serves as a part-time anchor, announcer, and translator for All India Radio (Akashvani), bridging gaps between English, Pashto, and Dari programming. Equipped with a strong academic background in business management from Delhi University alongside dedicated language credentials, Jawad pairs structural organizational acumen with deep artistic expression to advocate for social and cultural development.
